Is there a minimum order amount?
There is a $100.00 minimum order.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, & Switzerland.
Shipping fees do not cover duties/tariffs/brokerage fees. Buyer is responsible for those fees.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
We pack and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed in the morning or early afternoon (Pacific Standard Time) are usually shipped out the same business day.
Orders placed in the late afternoon or evening are usually shipped the next business day.
Shipping transit time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Do you charge sales tax? I have a California Seller's Permit.
Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
You don't need to send us a copy of your seller's permit.
Orders shipped to California will be charged sales tax, 9.50%, unless you hold a California Resale Permit.

Then in the comments of each order let us know you have a seller's permit on file with us. We will remove the sales tax manually before we charge you.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
We strive to price our jewelry at the absolute lowest wholesale price for all customers, regardless of the order size. We currently do not offer any additional discounts for large orders.
