    • We only accept returns for store credit, refunds, or replacement for a defective item(s).
    • Download & print return form below & include with your return.
      (Return orders will not be processed without a return form)
    • Ship returns in a padded envelope or box.
      Do not use a paper envelope.
    • We recommend shipping with tracking number and shipping receipt.
    • Note: Please be respectful of our return policy. Wholesale Sparkle does not operate on a "consignment basis" and the return policy should not be used as a substitute for purchasing on "consignment". Please do not purchase items with the intent to return everything that doesn't sell.
      Customers who return a large number of items repeatedly will be flagged by our system and Wholesale Sparkle reserves the right to refuse service to any customer found to be abusing our return policy.

      How to Apply Store Credit
      To use the store credit, check out normally and enter in the customer comment box that you have a store credit on file. Ensure the email that is used is the same as the order number that was returned for a store credit. This will help our processing team locate your store credit.
