Your chains are a great quality for a very good price. The order was completed and shipped quickly and there were no issues.
My only complaint is your packing lists have almost no correlation to the order, which I have to go back online to find, and trying to figure out what's what to price it is torturous! The bags were L1 through L35 with just the length- L1 was the last item, and L14 - L19 were entirely out of order. Surely it could be made more user friendly?
