Disappointed that you're still using really, really cheap circular closures for your beautiful solid silver chains.
They take a year of fiddling around to try to line up to actually get the end of chain into such a tiny little cheap clasp.
I can barely do it when I'm staring right at it an dry customers simply cannot do it when they're putting a chain on and doing it up behind their neck as they would normally do.
So I am constantly cutting off your cheap ones and throwing them in the bin and replacing them with ones that work. I'm trying to run a very busy jewellery business, and I simply don't have the time to do your job for you, please help me and my customers out here.

PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE USE CLASPS THAT WORK WITH EASE. It's not difficult to do, there are thousands of claps available you don't need to save money by using these absolutely impossible to use ones.

I love your chains, but your cheap round circular clasps let down your brand overall.

These cheap clasps are impossible for me and my customers to do up so I have to remove your cheap clasps and put better ones on. This wastes my time and my money.
Previously you used a lovely quality clasp (see picture) so I ordered lots of chains from you, but lately you switch to this cheaper difficult clasp and it’s not cool. I’m a disappointed customer. I sent you an email regarding this problem and I received no response.

I live in Australia so it’s very quick and easy for me to buy solid silver chains with cheap difficult clasp direct from China. I choose to shop with you because of your quality clasps.
But now you only offer cheap Chinese clasp so I don’t see the point to pay a premium price to your company when I can get the same from China at a much cheaper price.
PLEASE RETURN TO USING YOUR HIGH QUALITY CLASPS THAT ACTUALLY WORK!!😊
