I've been buying chains here for a few years. I've always had to keep a stash of sterling silver clasps to use on these chains. The clasps on the thinner chains is usually faulty.
I never said anything because the price for the chains was fair. But since the price has increased significantly. I feel that either the clasps should be upgraded, or the chain pricing should go back to what it used to be.
I'm still a buyer, but I still have to invest in sterling clasps in addition to the price increases.
