it is difficult for me to review as I still have not received my products that were ordered May 16th. I have always been very pleased with the products that we purchase from your company but delivery USPS is absolutely atrocious. it took over three weeks to get the product out of California. We ordered from one of your competitors this past Thursday and I have the product today. It is unfortunate that you can not use another service provider to get your products to your clientele. We paid a difference of $9.00 to have our product shipped to us via another source. All of that being said. I did a follow up regarding delivery over a week ago via phone and still have not heard back from the CSR that i spoke with
